"As a family company, we work by our philosophy, aims and vision - they are more than simply words.Created by myself and our previous MD over 20 years ago, our philosophy and aims tell you everything about Everards' culture and the future of the company.

Our Philosophy

We are and will remain an independent private company with active family involvement securely underpinned by our ownership and development of freehold properties.

Our Aim

Our aim is to increase the real worth and profitability of the company in the long term by:

• Providing first class quality goods and services to our customers
• Providing caring, rewarding and enjoyable employment for all our staff
• Making a beneficial contribution to the communities in which we trade

Our Vision

Following changes to the company over the past few months, I have been working with my senior team to re evaluate Everards' vision and values. We have taken a look at the company as a whole and the direction in which we wish Everards to grow and have created two vision statements that I believe both reflect the brewery today and challenge us towards the company we wish to be in the future.

Our Values 

We have also looked at the values - the attitude which we wish Everards to portray through its employees: Straightforward, Supportive, Ambitious, Responsive, Integrity. These five words, I hope, would already come to mind when dealing with the company and we are working towards integrating these values even more into our day-to-day work.
