Buckets of Enthusiasm for Spuds-U-Grow

Everards employees have been rolling up their sleeves and literally digging deep to help raise funds for Leicestershire based charities LOROS and Prostaid.
The Spuds-U-Grow campaign launched with the help of the Everard Foundation, gives people the opportunity to grow their very own potatoes whilst supporting two local causes. For £2 people can purchase their very own Spud-U-Grow buckets complete with seedling potato and grow their very own spuds at work or home.
Robert Banner, Director of Prostaid said: “We’re really excited about the Spuds-U-Grow campaign and hope that the public will join in and help us raise funds for the first prostate cancer palliative care community nurse in the country.”
The growing buckets can be purchased from Loros shops and participating Everards pubs.
