Bread Making Courses here at The Bakers Arms
How it works!
You will learn the practicalities and principles of how to make basic, delicious loaves
of bread. We will proof the yeast and knead the dough. You will be amazed when it rises and we will shape it and bake the bread in the pubs main kitchen. You will admire your new talents when you take your bread out of the oven, golden and perfect to take home for others to admire!
In between we will talk about grains, flours and bread history. We’ll talk about bread
nutrition, bread stories and how to become a breadhead!
The bread baking session is leisurely and fun with plenty of time to chat and sample breads. There will be two types of breads to take home and a goody bag to get things started.
