Cherry Tree, Market Harborough

The Cherry Tree is a beautiful thatched pub based in Little Bowden, on the outskirts of the affluent and fast-growing town of Market Harborough.

With its traditional interior and two large beer gardens, this is a popular pub with a strong cask ale presence on the bar.

The Cherry Tree has an established customer base and is known for its great cask ale and good atmosphere.  The outdoor trading area is also a real advantage and there is a marquee for year-round functions.

Food is served lunchtimes and three evenings per week so there is a great opportunity to develop this area.

Little Bowden has grown and is practically attached to the main town of Market Harborough.  The Cherry Tree is approximately 10 minutes walk from the town centre and conveniently close to three supermarkets.

Market Harborough has grown substantially with new housing over the past few years and continues to do so.  There is a large estate on the road from Little Bowden which has its own school and has attracted many new people to the area.  The town is conveniently located for Northampton and Leicester and is fairly close to the A14, M6 and M1.
