A traditional country pub, in a beautiful country surrounding. Set in the quaint village of Chacombe just 1 mile from junction 11 of the M40.

The George and Dragon is the perfect place for all occasions, whether it be for entertaining corporate lunches during the day, cosy dinners in the evening or family Sunday lunches and summer BBQ’s

The pub dates back to the 17th century and still has original beams and fireplaces. During an extension of the pub 30 years ago, a hidden well was discovered, which has long become a big attraction of the pub, along the unique brass bar.

A large patio area was built 3 years ago, which can seat up to 40 people during the long and thirsty summer months

Ladies Night every Thursday night – 2 courses £12.50, 3 courses £15.00 – Offer includes a free glass of wine or soft drink.

Charity quiz night on the last Sunday of the month from 7.30pm – Cash prize & free food.

Indian Food Evening on the second Tuesday of the month – 5 courses £14.00
