Everards would like to undertake a refurbishment of this site and it includes freedom of tie on cask ales with the condition that one Everards ale is stocked. Our plans involve sympathetically developing the pub to bring back the character and charm and turning it into a great cask ale destination.

The pub is well supported by the local community and a popular destination to enjoy a drink as the pub also benefits from a garden to the rear.

Our vision for the Newcastle Arms is to find a cask ale specialist who can take advantage of the freedom of tie and to offer an expanded range of cask ales.
