Delivery times
Your order will be dispatched within two working days of being placed. Orders placed between 2:30pm on Friday and 9am Monday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Overseas Delivery
We will deliver anywhere within the UK and Europe. Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders from countries outside of this region.

Guarantee
If your item is faulty, please contact onlineshop@everards.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement item or refund. We will refund your postage when offering a replacement item.
