IT Support Technician

Everards Brewery are looking to appoint a Support Technician to join their busy IT department.
Reporting to the Systems Manager the successful candidate will be the first line support for user queries from across the business. Responsibilities will include maintaining the help desk, analysing, diagnosing, repairing hardware faults and assisting/training users with hardware and software. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the configuration, installation and maintenance of PCs, printers and software, which includes Windows XP and Office 2007 on a mix of PCs and laptops.
The capability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team is essential as is the ability to communicate at all levels.
