Technical Service Technician

Everards Brewery is a family owned, independent company, established in 1849, based in Leicester.

We are looking to appoint a Technician to join our Technical Services team. Reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor, the successful applicant will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of beer raising and cellar cooling equipment across our licensed estate.

You will have a proven record of cellar cooling and basic refrigeration systems experience and preferably hold the following qualifications:

  • Certificate in the Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems
  • CITB Safe Handling of Refrigerants
  • City & Guilds 2078 – Safe Handling of Refrigerants Assessment
  • CITB Pipework and Brazing
  • EAL Electrical Domestic Installers Qualification Knowledge of beer dispense systems installation and maintenance would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
    You will be self motivated and have the ability to communicate effectively with a mixed audience. With excellent customer service skills, you will be reliable, flexible and capable of working alone or as part of a multifunctional team.
