We provide a fantastic range of support for our licensees. Whether you are a complete novice or have run a pub for many years, we can tailor a support package to your needs.


Cricketers openingYour business development manager will be your main contact at the brewery. Our BDM’s are all experienced in the licensing trade and will be on the end of the phone if you need help. Our BDM’s have only 40 pubs each to look after compared to 60+ in some companies, which means they have a lot more time for you.


Your BDM will visit you on a regular basis to ensure everything is going smoothly and will liase with other departments in the brewery to get things done.


We have Cellar Services and Quality Control departments who are on hand if you experience problems with your bar equipment or products. Our Property department are responsible for the maintenance of our pubs, Human Resources can help with any employment issues and Marketing can help you with marketing plans for your pub. You will also have a dedicated customer services team member who will take your weekly order.


We think that supporting our licensees is one of the things we do best (along side the great beer and fantastic pubs, of course) and to receive your support from some of the most experienced people in the business all you have to do is ask!
