Tenancy agreement
The tenancy agreement is the formal name for the partnership entered into by Everards and yourself.
Generally, we offer a standard non-assignable, three year rolling agreement that is protected by the Landlord and Tenant Acts. However we are flexible enough to offer amended agreements in the right circumstances.
Our usual agreement is offered with a partial tie, free of wines, spirits and minerals. The rent will be negotiated and index linked for the length of the agreement.
