At Everards we believe that the right training is essential, what ever you want to do in life. We are Investors In People accredited and were finalists in the British Institute of Innkeepers' NITA awards for our Flying Start programme in 2005.
We have a great range of different training courses to equip you to run a successful pub and your training will be individually tailored to your needs.
Some of courses are compulsory as we’ve found that people who take them do so much better than those who don’t.

National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
Are you aware of the laws involved when serving alcohol? This two day course provides you with information you will need in order to obtain your personal licence.
Recruitment and Selection Skills Course
Doing exactly what it says on the tin, this course provides handy hints and tips on getting he right people for your team. We find that the people who have taken this course have a lower staff turn over.
Cellar and Beer Management Course
Our own highly qualified quality control team have come up with this one. A three level quality course that teaches everything from storing cask ale to cleaning lines, pouring bottled products and brewing your own ale. Useful courses for you and your bar staff - the bronze level is a necessity.
