We are looking to recruit a skilled Sous Chef to join our team. We are situated in Knighton, Leicestershire.

The Successful applicant will have experience in a pub/restaurant environment and enjoys cooking fresh food sourced from local suppliers. . You will need to have a NVQ Level 2 in Sous Chef or equivalent and be able to work under pressure.

You will need to be flexible and will be required to work up to 40 hours a week

Bar Person Required

We are a traditional rural pub in the historical village of Langar in Nottinghamshire, situated off the A46. We have operated the site since 2011 and due to increased trade, we are looking to recruit an experienced bar person to join our small and active team.

The role requires someone who has a passion for the trade and who is looking to learn about the industry. You will need to be enthusiastic and hands on with a ‘can do’ approach. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be flexible on hours with the ability to work on bank holidays and weekends. The main responsibilities will be working front of house, and in the bar & restaurant, however the successful candidate must be willing to take on a variety of tasks. There will also be the opportunity to learn about the workings of the cellar and looking after traditional cask ales. This role would ideally suit someone local to the pub or with reliable transport.
