Some deliciousBeer and food pairings

The perfect drink for hot summer days. The citrus in this zesty, refreshing beer will complement seafood brilliantly and the beers sweetness will do as great job of dampening the heat of a spicy Thai green curry. It’s also a brilliant beer for pairing with soft cheeses and is particularly good with goat’s cheese.

There's a beer for that

Perfect with...

Thai green curry or goats cheese

HAZY DAYS ICON

Say hello toThe summer sunshine

We were excited to brew this beer using champagne yeast and it doesn't disappoint!

A pale golden cloudy wheat beer which is brewed with champagne yeast for a refreshing flavour.  You’ll get a twist of clove, grapefruit and lemon on the nose with a pinch of cardamom and a zesty citric spice on the palate.

So, sit back, relax and say hello to the summer sunshine with a pint of Hazy Days. As the name suggests ‘Hazy Days’ has no finings added during the brewing process which creates its hazy appearance.

With no finings, this beer is great for vegans. And with 'free from' food and drink growing in popularity we were happy to explore this trend with the idea of a wheat free beer for those that were intolerant, vegan or for those that were just curious.

Climb aboard your very own hot air balloon and let this delightful beer drift you away.
