Rhubarb and Hibiscus

Brewed with our friends at the Boot Brew Co. in Repton, Derbyshire we bring you our Rhubarb and Hibiscus Witbier.

We’ve used 40kg of fresh rhubarb and hibiscus petals to give our beer a natural rhubarb-pink colour. Brewed in the Belgian style, this wheat-based ale has a gentle tartness, light creaminess and softly spiced finish which is naturally unfined, unfiltered and vegan friendly.

It’s the perfect refreshing beer!

Our cask beers use isinglass finings, therefore, are not vegetarian. Good news though - our keg and bottled beers are all suitable for vegetarians!

This pink wheat-based beer has a gentle tartness, which works well with desserts such as shortbread or Eton Mess. The rhubarb notes and softly spiced finish contrast well with the spicyness of lamb kebabs, but also complements both fruit desserts and grilled pork chops.
