We're looking for someone to take on The Bull, a charming pub in the heart of the lovely market town of Market Deeping, under our new Nebula franchise-style agreement. So, if you're passionate about hospitality, community, and creating unforgettable pub experiences, we would love to chat!

The Bull is a Grade II listed pub with history stretching back to the 17th Century, it’s packed with character – from the striking 18th-century carriage arch to its central location beside the town hall and local shops. It’s long been a favourite meeting place for the community, and now it’s ready for someone new to take it to the next level.

Inside, the pub oozes atmosphere. Think black beams, a roaring fire and four distinctive spaces: a welcoming main bar, a restaurant for relaxed dining, a private dining/function room, and “The Dug Out” – a quirky, cellar bar with its own bar that guests descend into, bringing a cool, unexpected twist to this historic building.

But the real star here? The beer. The Bull is crying out for someone who loves cask ale, understands the power of great cellar management, and can build a reputation for outstanding quality and variety. With Everards brewing over 120 different beers last year alone, there’s huge scope to rotate, experiment, and create something truly special – from beer clubs and tasting nights to regulars coming together in a proper old-world pub atmosphere.

Outside, the space opens up beautifully. The courtyard has its own stables bar and sheltered seating, and beyond the carriage arch, the garden stretches into a large green with a play area for children and a versatile shelter that can be anything from an outdoor bar to a stage. Market Deeping is situated on the river Welland and is the largest settlement in the Deepings with town status. It is also a short drive to Peterborough, Bourne and Sleaford. The town is known for its stone buildings dating back to the 17th century and has a market that has been held since at least 1220.

Just a short 10-minute drive from the Bull Inn is the beautiful nature reserve and Deeping Lakes, which are popular among nature enthusiasts and tourists. The town has its own primary school and is close to Deepings secondary school.
