The Winstanley is a well-established pub business with a loyal customer base, offering a friendly welcome, great beer, and good hearty food.

Built in the 1960’s and named after the local family who arguably founded Braunstone town, the pub prides itself on being the heart of the community, a place where families and friends can meet up and chat over quality food and drinks. You can’t beat the Winstanley for atmosphere or a warm welcome.

This large traditional pub has three distinctive areas. A main bar with comfy seating. A relaxed restaurant area where it hosts a popular carvery and the pub even has its own seating area for customers to relax whilst waiting for a table.

There is a bar area at the front of the pub with a pool table, dart board and foosball table. It has a little snug area that can be accessed through the other side of the pub or through its own separate entrance.

There is plenty of outside seating and a lovely fenced-off children’s play area great for the summer months. It boasts ample parking for people to travel to enjoy the amenities. There is a real opportunity to grow on the recent success and take the business to the next level and implement plenty of reasons to visit whether that be a specialised food menu, quiz night, bingo or live entertainment, this community would welcome it all!

Braunstone Town is less than three miles from Leicester City Centre and in close proximity of Meridian Business and Leisure Parks, and the popular Fosse Park Shopping which offers a great selection of shops including Asda, M&S, high street clothes shops, electrical and home stores.

There are various local primary and secondary schools close by and several playgrounds and park areas.

Around the corner from the pub, you will find a shopping parade offering a convenience store, café and takeaways.

Braunstone Town has great road links to the M1 and M69 motorways and public transport, with both Leicester and Narborough train stations only a few miles away and many bus routes into the city and surrounding areas.
