Here's How to Get Back In

We've all been there - you're ready to access your BII account, but your mind draws a blank. Don't worry, it happens to the best of us.

Here's a quick guide on how to regain access:

  1. Go to the Login Page: Navigate to the BII login page on your preferred web browser.
  2. Click 'Forgot Password': You'll find this option somewhere around the login box. Clicking this will initiate the password recovery process.
  3. Enter Your Registered Email: You'll be asked to enter the email address associated with your BII account. This will be the email you use with Everards.
  4. Check Your Email: BII will send a password reset link to your registered email. Open your email inbox and look for this email.
  5. Reset Your Password: Click on the link in the email. You'll be redirected to a page where you can set a new password. Choose a strong, memorable password.
  6. Log In with Your New Password: Return to the BII login page and enter your email and new password. You should now have access to your account.
