Optimus opening, collections times, Property and Tech Service Emergencies over Christmas

Check all of the opening times over the Christmas Period

As we approach Christmas, we wanted to update you on the opening times and availability for Optimus Point and the myEverards Team and the contact numbers if you should have a property or Tech service emergencies over the festive period.

Optimus Point and Collections

Optimus Point will be close at midday on Christmas Eve. Collections will be available from 9am until midday Optimus Point will then re-open again on Saturday 27th December (8 till 12 for collections.)

We will then be open as normal on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th and will close again at Midday on New Years Eve, with collections again available from 9am until midday.

We will be closed on New Years Day, and then back open as normal again from Friday 2nd January.

Property Emergencies

The Property department will be closed from 24th December to 29th December and 31st December to 2nd January.

During this period please use the emergency contact numbers.

Technical Services

Technical Services will also be closed from 24th December to 29th December and 31st December to 2nd January

A member of the team will be available for emergencies as follows

  • Christmas Eve - Until 8pm
  • Christmas Day - 9am to 2pm
  • Boxing Day - 9am to 8pm
  • New Years Eve - Until 8pm
  • New Yars Day - 9am to 8pm
