The Licensee Index research conducted by KAM Media

We are delighted to be participating in this year’s Licensee Index research study, which provides our Business Owners with an opportunity to give vital feedback on the service and support we provide. We are one of many pub companies in the UK taking part in this research.

Fieldwork has already begun and is being conducted by an independent research company, KAM Media. As part of the wider study, KAM will be calling a random sample of Business Owners. You may receive a call from them, or you may not. The number that will call is 01933 522365.

If you do receive a call, we would be extremely grateful if you could spare 15 minutes of your time to participate. Your views and opinions are very important to us, and we want to hear them to ensure we can continue to improve the service and support we offer our tenants.

Participation is entirely voluntary, and you have the right to stop the interview at any time. Your responses are completely anonymous; we will only see average scores across the total sample and will not be able to identify individual responses.
