The BII recently launched their newest online training course, Level 1 Principles of Customer Service on our Training page.

This qualification is tailored for individuals eager to enhance their skills and knowledge in Customer Service at Level 1.

This course lays the groundwork for further learning and enhancement in skills and knowledge within the field. Additionally, employers can trust that the knowledge gained aligns with nationally recognised standards for Customer Service at this level.

The online course takes approximately 3 hours, and can be found on the BII Training page for £40 (+VAT). You can now purchase the course for yourself or your staff members on the BII Training page.
