Office Coordinator

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an Office Coordinator.

Maintaining daily operations of reception and the office facilities across both of our sites, by coordinating with colleagues and visitors.

You will be someone who is focused on the customer and is happy to demonstrate initiative and ownership. You will also value others and their contributions and be happy to work collaboratively with others. You will be flexible and adaptable to change. In addition, you will have the following skills:

• 1 year plus experience in a similar role
• Educated to GCSE level or above
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Strong IT skills and proficient with MS Office software
• Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
