Light and refreshingAmerican Style Pale Ale

You’ll get everything you’d expect and a whole lot more from our Session IPA.

Pale gold in colour and crammed with hops. Our Session IPA will awaken your taste buds with its fresh citrus aroma complimented by mouth-watering flavours of grapefruit and watermelon which are well balanced with coriander seeds.

Our Session IPA No.1 has been born to celebrate the nations love for IPA's. Four out of ten drinkers say that they will choose an IPA if there’s one on the bar. While IPA's are often higher in strength, this beer is 3.9% providing a great choice if you like your lower strength beers and for those occasions (such as lunchtimes) when you may want a lower strength choice.

IPA’s were born in East London by a brewer named George Hodgson. In the late 1700’s he discovered that his pale coloured ales were incredibly well received in India and that the long journey, warm temperatures and the steady rocking of the ocean seemed to accelerate the maturation process resulting in a beer full of character that quickly dominated the market.

This beer is one to try if you like American styles, craft beers or pale ales!
