Set in the heart of Hoby – a chocolate-box village in Leicestershire’s food-famous Wreake Valley – this is your chance to run a countryside pub that’s as beautiful as it is loved. Locals pop in for a pint. Visitors head here after a day at Ragdale Hall or Brooksby Hall. And with foodie towns like Melton Mowbray (hello, pork pies and Stilton) just down the road, this place has food heritage stitched into its story.

Inside you’ll find a snug with character, a function room perfect for private dining or events, and a bar that practically demands a proper pint of cask ale. Outside? Well, you’ve got that sunny courtyard and a countryside garden to die for – looking out over rolling hills, what a place to sit and sip a pint!

We’re looking for experienced hands – someone who knows how to serve great food, keep a cellar humming, and create the kind of place people go out of their way for. It’s already a successful business, but there’s still more to go after – and more to make your own.
