The Bulls Head

The Bulls Head is a well-loved pub in the village of Ratby in Leicestershire. Current business owner Jayme has worked hard to offer the village a pub to be proud of.

With an exceptional pub food offer, drinks selection and the addition of a private function room with its own wood fired pizza oven, this pub is ready to continue trading and building on the fantastic business it is today.

The pub itself has a traditional snug area with its own bar, a large main bar and a few different seating areas. The outside has been developed by Jayme over the years, and is split across three levels offering exceptional views from the top deck over the back fields that make up 'The Burroughs Wood'. The Burroughs is a popular walking route for locals as well as those travelling from further afield to witness the beautiful bluebell fields in the spring and is protected by the Woodland Trust.

It's a busy, well-used pub in the heart of the village, with its own large car park. The pub is currently food led with a great opportunity to expand the beer and craft ale offer. There is also room to maximise the use of the modern, beautifully decorated function room and put on a calendar of events to bring the community together.

This pub would suit someone with food or hospitality event experience, it's a large pub that puts on live music and occasions for the community, and needs someone that can come in and create a new chapter between the pub and the local community.
