Dan Wiles - The Dove
Dan Wiles, still only 31, has always worked in pubs, he’s never looked back. He's worked in kitchen, he’s run pubs, he’s been an area manager - and all of this before the age of 30.

A big, traditional Pub, situated in the shadow of Warwick Castle and Warwick racecourse, Everards asked Dan if he was interested in taking it on, overseeing the refurb and making the pub as popular as he had the Dove.

He agreed. It was the challenge he was looking for.

Under his watchful eye, the pub will undergo a million pound refurbishment at the start of 2018.

The work will transform it from a traditional, dark wood old style Pub in need of some attention to a  glass-fronted, light, airy pub/restaurant with new kitchens and furnishings.

Dan Wiles, still only 31, has always worked in pubs, he’s never looked back. He's worked in kitchen, he’s run pubs, he’s been an area manager - and all of this before the age of 30.

He joined Everards in 2015.  “I knew nothing about Everards, in the beginning.  After years of partnership, I'm really pleased I decided to make the commitment to work with Everards, they have great integrity and a real family feel, which is hard to find with a company of their size.

“They look after you. When my boys were born, they sent flowers to Lauren. They take us out on race days. It’s a family firm and they care about you.” He knows from experience that not all breweries are like that.

"But most importantly, Everards spend money on the right things - and that’s making pubs better. That’s what it should be about isn’t it?”
