We usually look at offering our pubs on a three-year tenanted agreement and our agreements are all landlord protected, giving you as much support as you need in order to help you make your business a success. We also look after our buildings, including a 5-year cyclical program which sees us revamping externals and any internals regularly, as well as supporting you with any changes for the pub that you need.

We also have opportunities for you to take on a pub under a flexible managed partnership agreement enabling you to develop your skills as an independent business owner. It’s a perfect stepping stone as we can offer you lots of support and development in partnership with the Everards team and our community of other independent business owners.

A managed pub partnership means you will have secured income, be it fixed pay or profit based, it offers lots of support, shared costs with us and all with you calling the shots for your business. Get in touch to chat through how it all works.

We’ve been around for over 170 years and are still family-owned. We’ve faced many challenging times over those years, our most challenging recently being COVID. We managed to come out of the lockdown with no pubs available as our team was proactive as always and we continued recruiting new business owners into pubs throughout the COVID period.
